We offer all our clients an online service channel that is open around the clock. Its purpose is to increase open communication with residents, shareholders and the board, and to make it easier for our clients to reach the property management office.
The housing company pages are provided through the online property management system. You log in with your own credentials.
Residents tenants living in the housing company
Can check matters concerning the apartment and their own finances in the portal, and contact the property management office.
Shareholders
Can do the same things as residents and, on their own page, also submit alteration notices, for example, and view their own maintenance charge invoices and other payments.
Board members
