Professional property management in Vantaa for your housing company

We aim to provide the most agile service on the market. The number of housing companies per property manager is kept limited so that workloads stay reasonable and we remain able to serve each client personally in every situation.

Every client housing company has a dedicated property manager, but we also share information closely within our team. This keeps our service running smoothly even during a property manager's annual leave. We aim for long-term client relationships: our oldest contracts still in force were signed when the company began operating in 1972.

Our client housing companies' bookkeeping and maintenance charge monitoring are handled by financial professionals with thorough basic training, whose skills are kept up to date through continuous education.

Maintenance charge and rent payments, along with other payment traffic, are monitored daily. Our accountants also manage our housing companies' loans. The administration and bookkeeping of our client properties are audited annually by professional auditors.

Our office customer service is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9–15 (in summer on Fridays, and on all days before public holidays, 9–14). Our phone service is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10–14.

The online housing company portal is available to our clients around the clock, and we aim to reply to messages no later than the next business day. The portal can be used by the housing company's residents, shareholders and board members.

Our company was founded in 1972, originally under the name Koivukylän Huolto Oy. Our owners are housing companies and non-profit property owners. There are no individual private owners.

Koivu Isännöinti has also worked for the benefit of our clients with real estate sector organisations and public authorities, for example on housing companies' zoning questions and on developing building maintenance and resident services at the national level.

Authorisation requires, among other things, sufficient professional training and experience from the staff and a stable financial position from the company. Koivu Isännöinti was among the first to be authorised when the scheme began in 1988.

The quality level is maintained: the Finnish property management authorisation body ISA ry oversees the firms and property managers it has authorised through regular audits, carried out by DNV GL.
